Your standard home inspection is a detailed evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components of a home.

You will receive an easy to read, full color report detailing the condition of the home’s foundation, crawlspace, basement and structural components, the roof, attic and visible insulation, the heating system, central air conditioning system (temperature permitting), interior plumbing and electrical systems, walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors, and more.

I will also provide my recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement.

And my job isn’t finished until you understand everything in your report.
